All orders are processed from our warehouse within 3-4 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

• Standard shipping duration is typically 4-6 business days.

• Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays or unforeseen weather.

• Holiday & Peak Seasonal Notice: During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We appreciate your support of our small business and hope you love your order, not everything works for everyone (like scent or texture).

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll happily offer either:

• A replacement item, or

• Store credit equal to the value of the affected product.

Sale items remain final sale and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
