Orders & Shipping
All orders are processed from our warehouse within 3‑4 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and national holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Standard shipping typically takes 4‑6 business days. Please note delivery times may vary due to holidays or unforeseen weather.
Yes, during holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders $75+ (before tax and after discounts) within the continental U.S.
Not yet, but soon! International shipping will be available starting in 2026.

You’ll receive an order confirmation right after checkout, and a tracking email once it ships. If you don’t receive these, please email support@unbarebeauty for help.
Returns & Exchange
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Send an email to support@unbarebeauty with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Product Care & Ingredients
Yes. We use clean, only high quality ingredients that are free from parabens, phthalates, and sulfates.
Many of our products are vegan, and all are cruelty-free. Check each product page for details.
Don’t worry! The texture may change, but it’s still safe and effective. Pop it in the fridge to reset.
